Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Statutory 14-Day Cancellation Right

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK consumers are entitled to cancel their order and return their timepiece within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

To receive a full refund, the timepiece must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with all protective plastic seals intact, accompanied by the original presentation box, orange microfibre cloth, and serialized warranty documentation.

3. Return Procedure

To request a return, contact our concierge at [email protected] with your allocation reference code. We will issue an insured Royal Mail Special Delivery return label.

4. Inspection & Refund Execution

Upon receipt and technical inspection at our Bolton atelier, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment channel.
